What sizes can you make?
Almost any size — from small 100 mm prints up to large 1500 mm frames. Pick a standard size or enter your exact dimensions in the frame builder and we make everything to fit.
What is the difference between the glazing options?
Clear glass is everyday protection; anti-reflective reduces glare; museum / UV glazing filters 99% of UV light for valuable work; and acrylic is lightweight and shatterproof. Each option is described on the product and builder pages.
Do you offer mounts?
Yes — single and double (accent) mounts in a wide range of conservation-grade colours, with an adjustable mount width. A double mount adds a contrasting inner border around your picture.
How long does delivery take?
Every frame is handmade to order and dispatched within 5–7 working days, with tracked UK delivery. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders.
Can I return a custom frame?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. As made-to-measure items, custom-size frames can only be returned if faulty, so please double-check your measurements before ordering.
Are your frames made in the UK?
Yes — every frame is handmade in our UK workshop by expert framers, using premium mouldings, mount board and glazing.
Can I frame my own artwork?
Absolutely. Your frame arrives ready to open — simply add your artwork and hang. You can also upload a photo in the frame builder to preview how it will look.
