Delivery

Every frame is handmade to order in our UK workshop. Most orders are dispatched within 1–7 working days depending on the frame you choose — many popular styles ship the next working day. The dispatch estimate is shown on every product page and in the frame builder before you order.

We deliver across mainland UK by tracked courier, and delivery is free on orders over £70. Orders below that carry a small flat shipping charge, shown clearly at checkout. We’ll email your tracking link as soon as your frame is on its way.

Made-to-measure timing

Because each frame is cut and assembled to your exact size, please allow the full dispatch window during busy periods. Need a frame for a particular date? Email us first at hello@photoframers.co.uk and we’ll help where we can.

Returns

Ready-made and stock items can be returned within 30 days, unused and in resalable condition, for a full refund.

Made-to-measure frames are cut to your specification, so they’re exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right — but if anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described we’ll always repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
